Main floor master bedroom. Watch the sunset over the mountain from the large covered front porch rocking chairs. Covered patio and outdoor furniture in back with patio table and chairs and BBQ grill. Nice fire pit and roasting sticks perfect for the back yard wiener roast or s’mores. This home sits on almost an acre of grassy yard. Room for volleyball or a fun game of kickball. Mantua Reservoir is perfect for boating, fishing, canoeing and is a popular ice fishing destination in winter. A five mile path around the lake is great for biking or walking/running. All within walking distance from the house. With Inspiration Point and Willard peak to the south of Mantua, the trails are ATV friendly and the view is incredible.
